Cancellation & Refunds

Last updated: 2026-07-24

Plain-English summary: free trial charges nothing; cancel during it and you never pay. After your first payment you have 14 days to change your mind for a full refund. After that, cancel whenever you like — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you’re never charged again.

Your free trial

Every Plenza subscription starts with a free trial (14 days on founder plans, 7 days on standard plans). You pay nothing when you sign up. We show you the exact date and amount of your first payment before you confirm, and we email you a reminder before your trial ends.

If you cancel before your trial ends, your card is never charged. Your access continues until the end of the trial.

How to cancel

Open the account menu (top-right) and click Account details. Scroll to the Subscription card, click Cancel subscription, then click Yes, cancel in the confirmation panel. That’s it — it works entirely online, any time, and takes under a minute. You’ll get an email confirming the cancellation.

Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep full access to Plenza until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (or until the end of your trial, if you cancel during it).

If you can’t access your account, email support@plenza.io from the address you signed up with and we’ll cancel it for you.

Refunds

Within 14 days of your first payment: full refund, no questions asked. Cancel in Account details → Cancel subscription Yes, cancel, and then email support@plenza.io with the word “refund”, or just email us and we’ll do both. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.

After 14 days: payments already made aren’t refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until your paid period ends. On yearly plans, this means access until the end of the year you’ve paid for.

Faulty service: separately from the above, if Plenza doesn’t work as described, you’re entitled to the remedies set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including repair, re-performance, or a price reduction/refund where we can’t fix the problem. Email support@plenza.io and tell us what’s gone wrong; we’d rather fix it than argue about it.

Your legal cancellation right

If you’re a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing (the “cooling-off period”) under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Because you asked us to start providing Plenza immediately, if you cancel during this period after your trial has converted to a paid subscription, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the service already supplied — but our 14-days-from-first-payment full-refund policy above is more generous than this, and we apply whichever is better for you. To exercise the statutory right you can use the cancellation methods above, or the model cancellation form in the Regulations, sent to support@plenza.io.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
